Order Agreement
1. Agreement Between Parties
This Order Confirmation Policy outlines the terms and conditions agreed upon between the “Customer” and the seller “Vukler Studio”. The policy formalizes the contractual relationship established once “Customer” places an order with “Vukler Studio”. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. This contract governs all aspects of the order, including the creation, modification, and fulfillment of the product.

2. The Product
Upon request of the customer, the sales representative at “Vukler Studio” will begin the process of designing the order as specified by the customer “Customer”. This process includes:
  • Design Review: The sales representative will collect and review all relevant design materials and information provided by the customer. It is essential that the customer provides complete and accurate details regarding the design requirements, product configuration, and any other relevant specifications.
  • Order Details: The customer must clearly state all terms, conditions, and deadlines associated with the order at the time of placement. This includes specifying the exact design, desired features, and any particular deadlines or time constraints for project completion.

3. Price and Payment Terms
The payment structure is as follows:
  • Prepayment: To confirm the custom order and initiate the production process a pre-payment of 50% of the total cost is required. This prepayment serves as a deposit and insurers the commitment of both parties agree to terms
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance and the shipping fees must be settled upon completion of the product and before the product is released from “Vukler Studio”. The product will not be released or delivered until full payment has been received.
  • 100% prepayment is required for online purchased ready products in stock.

4. Delivery
Pick up, delivery and shipping options are available. The price of the delivery and shipping will be separate from the product. The carrier and the estimate will be different depending on the location and quantity of the order.

5. Production Timeline
The timeline of the production will be determined based on the agreement between both parties the “Customer” and the seller “Vukler Studio”.

Project Complexity: Depending on the intricacy of the design and the scope of work, the production time may range from one week to four weeks.
  • Customer Communication: Timely and effective communication from the customer is essential to adhere to the estimated production timeline. Delays in providing information or approvals may extend the production period.

6. Changes to the Custom Order
Once an order has been confirmed and the production process has begun, any requests for changes to the design or specifications must be addressed as follows:
  • Change Requests: All requests for changes must be communicated to the production department as soon as possible. Changes to the design, size, or other aspects of the order after confirmation may result in additional charges and may impact the project timeline.
  • Approval and Costs: Changes will only be processed after receiving written approval from the customer. Any additional costs incurred due to changes will be billed to the customer, and the revised timeline will be communicated accordingly.

7. Insurance and Return Policy
The following policies apply to all products ordered from Vukler Studio:
  • Order Completion: An order is considered complete when the product is released from Vukler Studio. At this point, the customer assumes all responsibility for the product.
  • Refund Policy: Regular, non-customized items purchased from Vukler Studio are eligible for a refund within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. However, customized products, including those that involve specific alterations to size, color, or design, are not eligible for refunds.
  • Prepayment for Custom Orders: The 50% prepayment made for customized products is non-refundable. This policy reflects the commitment made to the production process and covers initial design and preparation costs.

8. Miscellaneous
  • Governing Law: This policy and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vukler Studio operates.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to this policy or the order will be addressed through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.
  • Modifications to Policy: Vukler Studio reserves the right to modify this Order Confirmation Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes that affect their orders or the terms of the agreement.

By placing an order with Vukler Studio, “Customer”agrees with the terms and conditions stated in this Order Confirmation Policy.
